Return and exchange services

When purchasing products from our store and receiving them, please check the integrity of the packaging. Before signing for delivery, open the box in the presence of the courier to check for any damage or omissions. If there is any damage or omission, please ask the courier to sign and take photos for compensation and replacement. If we only discover the problem after signing for it and then report the situation to us, it will be difficult for us to handle
Due to the special nature of aircraft model products, once they are used normally and are damaged during subsequent use, after being returned for inspection and confirmed to bad product quality issue, we will accept unconditional returns and exchanges. For non quality issue requirements, you can directly contact the manufacturer or coordinate with us for handling. (Please note your contact information and clearly state the maintenance issue when returning the repaired product, so that the maintenance personnel can handle the problem more quickly.)
If you need to return or exchange the goods, the returned goods should not affect secondary sales(the products are undamaged, not missing, and the packaging is complete). Returned goods do not accept any payment on delivery, and buyers must choose an economical express delivery method. When returning or exchanging, be sure to package it well to avoid damage during the return process, which may cause unnecessary trouble and disputes. (Note: Please ensure that the buyer's packaging is good, as the courier may not carefully package it for you.)
